Q.1]    Determine the total pressure on a circular plate of diameter 2.0m which is placed vertically in water in such a way that the centre of the plate is 3.5m below the free surface of water, find the position of centre of pressure also.                   5 M

 

Q.2) A rectangular tank of length 2m ,width 1.5m  contains water upto a height of 5m.An orifice of 50mm diameter is provided at its bottom. If Cd=0.62, Find the height of water above the orifice after 1.5 minutes.                                         5 M
